The development of this software has been transferred to SourceForge. The latest version (1.3) can be found at:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/panolib/files/panomand.zip

A tutorial is being published in french and english in the webzine "Panoramic le mag". Alternatively, you can find the first two chapters at:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/gh7achc9pb0a4j8/fractals_1_by_jean_debord.pdf

https://www.dropbox.com/s/sbojnaadzux07yj/fractals_2_by_jean_debord.pdf

Also on DropBox :

- an archive of the old site "Mandelbrot Dazibao" which has disappeared from the web :

https://www.dropbox.com/s/ceigj2cc0gjl4h2/Dazibao.zip

- a scan of 5 issues of the magazine "Amygdala" which was published in the 80-90's :
