PostSubject: Hello, and question   Mon Dec 28, 2009 2:58 am

Hello, programming friends over the net. cheers

Today is my third day with Panoramic and, in orther to learn it, I am translating and debugging and old program written by me in GW-Basic. Logic and math seems to be Ok, but I am having trouble with the screen. The old program used to run in screen 0 full screen in DOS, I want Panoramic version to run in different screen resolutions and using:

PANTALLA%(1) = SCREEN_X : PANTALLA%(2) = SCREEN_Y

I get screen size and dinamically resize my output on screen, but:

Q1: How do I set the size of the output window?
Q2: Can it be full screen?

Thanks in advance and sorry about my english, I speak spanish. Razz

After drinking a cup of cofee scratch I found that a FORM is an output window, so with HEIGTH and WIDTH we can resize it.

I don´t know if a FORM can be full screen (not a window with the size of the screen), but I prefer to go along trying to resize fonts first

Good luck with PANORAMIC. You made the good choice!

It is possible to change the position of a FORM with TOP and LEFT, to change its dimensions with HEIGHT and WIDTH and to give it all the space with FULL_SPACE.
